1. Do you deliver?

Yes we do deliver, and collect but not to all areas unfortunately. Please contact us to enquire about our delivery policy.

 2. Are all jumping castles and rental equipment cleaned before delivery?

Yes all items is checked and cleaned before each delivery.

 3. How do I make a booking?

Either give us a call (Joseph 0828615826) or email: castleleria@gmail.com or fill in your details on our contact us page to find out if the items you are interested in is still available on your function date.

 4. When I hire a jumping castle or other items will it be my responsibility?

Most definitely, should anything happen to it while it is in your care you would either have to repair the damage or replace the items.

 5. Do you hire out extension cords?

Yes we do, at R30 each. Make sure to book one with your castle, we won’t have extra if you didn’t book it.

 6. Do I need electricity to set up and operate the jumping castle?

Yes, the blower (fan) needs to be plugged in, on and running the whole time period that you want to operate (use) the castle. If you unplug it, the castle will deflate.

 7. What do I do with the jumping castle and blower (fan) if it starts to rain?

You simply plug out the blower, let the castle deflate and then fold it in half. Make sure to take the blower out of the rain and put it under cover. You don’t want it to blow… you would have to replace it.

 8. How does payment for the jumping castles and other rentals work?

When we’ve confirmed availability, we will email you an invoice with our banking details, hire agreement and terms and conditions. Availability confirmation doesn’t mean booking confirmation. Booking confirmation will be emailed to you once we received proof of payment.

 9. Why do you need a copy of my ID and proof of residence not more than one month old?

We have had a couple of items lost due to theft, so this is to ensure no future losses or stolen items.
